Belong to more than one organization
Switch between organizations, accept invitations from others, and create another one, all with one ZevID account.

One ZevID account can belong to several organizations. You might run two businesses, or help a client with theirs. Each organization is separate: its own inboxes, members, settings, plan and invoices. Your role can be different in each.
Switch organization

Select the organization's name at the top left, beside the ZevInbox logo.
Choose another organization from the list. Your role in each is shown beside its name, and a check marks the one you are in.
All organizations opens a full page listing them.
ZevInbox remembers the organization you last used in your browser. If you belong to several and sign in fresh, you see Choose an organization first. Someone in only one organization goes straight in.
On the phone apps, go to Settings and select your organization under Organization to switch.
Accept an invitation to another organization
When someone invites you to their organization, a banner tells you who invited you and as what role. Select Accept to join or Decline to say no.
Invitations also wait in the organization switcher, under your organizations, with a dot on the switcher so you notice them. They show on Choose an organization too.
Joining someone else's organization does not use your 14-day trial. Their plan covers you.
Create another organization
Open the organization switcher.
Select Create organization.
On the phone apps, go to Settings › New organization.
Each account gets one 14-day trial. If you have used yours, a new organization starts on a paid plan. ZevInbox says so before you begin. You can set it up straight away, but it sends and receives mail only once its first invoice is paid. See How the trial works.
Leaving one organization
Leaving one organization does not affect the others or your account. See Members and invitations.
