How the trial works
What the 14-day trial includes, how to choose a plan during it, and what happens when it ends.

A new organization starts on a 14-day trial. You do not need to give payment details to start it.

Each recipient of each message counts once toward the 300. Incoming mail does not count. The cap keeps the trial for trying ZevInbox with your team, not for bulk mail.
One trial for each account
The trial belongs to the ZevID account that creates the organization. Each account gets one.
If you create a second organization, it starts on a paid plan. ZevInbox tells you before you begin. You can set it up straight away (members, teams, inboxes and domains), and it starts sending and receiving mail when its first invoice is paid.
Joining someone else's organization by invitation does not use your trial.
Choose a plan during the trial
Owners choose a plan in Settings › Billing › Choose a plan. Choosing early costs you no trial days: the paid period starts on the day the trial would have ended.
Go to Settings › Billing.
Select Choose a plan.
Pick Monthly or Annual, then select Choose on the plan you want.
Check the amount and select Create invoice.
Pay it. See Pay an invoice.
Paying the first invoice also lifts the trial's 300-email sending cap.
Reminders
Owners and admins see a banner with the days left. Owners and your billing email also get an email 3 days and 1 day before the trial ends. Members see a banner in the last days, asking them to tell an owner.
When the trial ends

A plan was chosen but its invoice is unpaid | You keep full access until the invoice is due: the day the trial ends, or 3 days after you chose the plan if that is later. Then the organization becomes read only until it is paid. |

Read only means mail keeps arriving and nothing is deleted. Everyone can still read, search and download. Nobody can reply, assign, tag or change settings until an invoice is paid. See When a payment is late.
End the trial early
An owner can end the trial at any time: Settings › Billing › End trial. The organization becomes read only straight away. Mail keeps arriving and nothing is deleted.
