Pricing questions
What happens when we reach the monthly sending limit?
Owners and admins are notified at 80% and again at 100% of the month’s outgoing emails. The count resets at the start of each calendar month.
Does incoming mail count toward a limit?
No. Only outgoing mail is counted. A single incoming message can be up to 25 MB.
When will paid plans be available?
There is no date or price yet. When there is, it will be on this page.
