- The inbox, domain or conversation involved.
- What happened
- What you did, what you expected and what you saw, with the time and any error text.
- A missing message
- The sender, the recipient, the subject and roughly when it was sent.
Customers use the same address. Write from the email you sign in with, so we can find your organization. Never send a password: ZevInbox has none of its own, and we will not ask for your Zevop one.
