ZevInbox on your phone

The mobile app, what it does, and what stays on the web.

Updated 1 min read

The ZevInbox app is on Google Play for Android. The iPhone app is coming to the App Store. Sign in with the same ZevID you use on the web.

What you can do in the app

  • Read and answer conversations from every inbox you work, with Send, Send and archive and send later.

  • Assign, snooze, set reminders, change status, tag and archive. Swipe a conversation right to archive it, or left for status, assign and snooze.

  • Read internal notes and leave your own.

  • Search, and start a new message.

  • Get push notifications, which only the app can send. See Push notifications on your phone.

The app has five tabs: Inbox, Mailboxes (your views, folders and favourites), the compose button, Mine (with a badge for your unread assigned conversations) and Settings.

What stays on the web

Some things are only in ZevInbox on the web, at app.zevinbox.com:

  • Organization settings, like members, teams, inboxes, domains and billing. The app opens them on the web.

  • Reports.

  • Releasing quarantined mail, and viewing a message's original source.

  • Keyboard shortcuts and the full search filters.
